CONSTRUCTION
MONITORING.

From design intent to site reality. Independent geotechnical observation, field testing and documented construction review.

EXPLORE CAPABILITIES

VERIFY THE WORK.
BUILD WITH CONFIDENCE.

Ground conditions and construction activities do not always follow the drawings. Geopro provides geotechnical observation and field testing to help identify issues early, record critical works and support informed decisions on site.

Inspection scope, hold points and attendance are established from the approved design, consent conditions and project risk—not assumed to be the same for every site.

01 / EARTHWORKS

Earthworks & Fill Control

Subgrade observations, fill placement, compaction testing coordination and records for engineered fill.

Exposed soil profile at an excavation
02 / EXCAVATION

Excavation & Ground Verification

Review exposed ground, founding conditions and unexpected material changes.

Engineering retaining structure visualisation
03 / STRUCTURES

Retaining & Foundation Works

Observation of relevant geotechnical elements against design intent and inspection requirements.

04

Slope Stabilisation & Soil Nails

Geotechnical observation of slope works, soil nails, anchors and associated ground support where included in the approved scope.

05

Groundwater & Settlement Monitoring

Piezometers, groundwater drawdown, settlement readings, trigger levels and trend reporting.

06

Construction Testing & Records

Field density, Scala, Clegg and other project-specific verification testing and traceable site records.

OBSERVE.
RECORD.
RESPOND.

Our monitoring approach connects site conditions with engineering review and the project’s documentation requirements.

01

Review Requirements

Review approved drawings, specifications, consent conditions and proposed construction sequence.

02

Agree Hold Points

Identify critical inspection stages and establish an appropriate observation programme.

03

Observe & Test

Attend site, document findings and coordinate relevant field or laboratory testing.

04

Resolve & Record

Communicate departures or unexpected ground conditions and document the agreed response.

05

Complete Reporting

Compile supporting records and issue applicable review statements or completion reports.

DOCUMENTED
ENGINEERING ASSURANCE.

Different projects need different levels of geotechnical documentation. These deliverables are prepared where relevant to the agreed scope and regulatory requirements.

01 / PS4

Producer Statement — Construction Review

Review statement for specified geotechnical work, subject to appropriate observation, records and professional judgement.

CONSTRUCTION REVIEW
02 / GCR

Geotechnical Completion Report

Compilation and assessment of earthworks, testing, observations and completion information for relevant subdivision or land development works.

PROJECT COMPLETION
03 / MONITORING

Groundwater Drawdown & Settlement Monitoring Report

Assessment of monitoring data, groundwater and settlement trends, and exceedances of agreed trigger levels.

INSTRUMENTATION
04 / RECORDS

Site Observation & Testing Records

Inspection notes, photographs, test results, non-conformance observations and supporting site records.

FIELD EVIDENCE

DESIGN ASSUMPTIONS
MEET REAL GROUND.

Construction observation is not a substitute for contractor quality control or continuous supervision. It provides targeted geotechnical review at agreed stages, helping the project team respond when actual conditions differ from those anticipated.
